A sports arena booking platform that lets players find and reserve courts in real time and gives arena owners a single dashboard to manage slots, customers, and revenue.
We built a two-sided mobile platform on a shared real-time backend. Players get arena discovery by location and sport, live slot availability, direct in-app messaging with arena owners, match scoring, and a full booking history with receipts — free to use. Arena owners get a management side to configure courts and time slots, accept and track bookings, access their customer database, and review booking and revenue insights. Both apps run against a single synchronized source of truth, so a slot booked in one place disappears everywhere else instantly, which is what removed double-bookings and the back-and-forth confirmation messages entirely.
